Question#1
I was in Father B's religion class.
Question#2
My locker was in C wing right next to the Development Office. I could never get that thing to open!
I don't know how you remember those things....what I do remember is Mr. Danforth any time you weren't sitting in your desk correctly..."Going riding today Miss Posa-Benson?"....People ususally said, no and "then why are you sitting side saddle" was the usual response" He had no idea she actually rode horses so when she answered, "why, yes I am..." he had no response. So funny.
I was in Frank Wood's Latin class when the challenger exploded. Mr. Wood quickly rolled the tv cart over, switched on the set and added some tinfoil to the antenna to enhance reception. We all sat together in shock watching the news reports. I'm sure Mr. Wood had the presence of mind and heart to offer prayers as well. God bless Mr. Wood. He was so cool.
Mr. Danforth was my homeroom teacher freshman year. Katherine Young was my locker partner. Scott Stamnes and Michael Medau were our "neighbors". Those guys were a kick and it was great until their locker started to smell. I can't remember exactly what it was they discovered buried in the bottom of the locker that was causing that stench, but eventually the air cleared and we all had a good laugh about it.
